Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Subscription Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of subscription products from Nuvea. By signing up for a subscription purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to subscribe. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria.
2. Subscription Overview
When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Nuvea to charge your chosen payment method according to the billing frequency you selected at checkout, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. Recurring charges continue until you cancel your subscription. Automatic renewal applies unless you cancel prior to your next renewal date.
3. Payment Terms
- Automatic Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Nuvea to automatically charge the payment method provided for all recurring subscription fees on each renewal date.
- Price Changes: Nuvea may update subscription pricing or fees at its discretion. You will be notified of any price changes in advance. Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Failed Payments: If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Nuvea reserves the right to retry the payment or suspend shipments until payment is received. Failed payments may result in cancellation of your subscription.
4. Free Trials and Promotions
Any promotional offer or free trial period is limited to one per customer, household, or billing account unless otherwise specified. Unless cancelled prior to the end of the promotional period, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription and be subject to recurring billing.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Subscription product shipping and delivery policies are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
Subscription products and charges are subject to the Nuvea Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated in that policy, subscription charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all renewal payments up to the date of cancellation.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions or contacting Customer Support at support@nuvea.beauty. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and no further charges will be applied after that date. No refunds will be provided for subscription periods already paid.
8. Account Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for subscription orders. You are responsible for maintaining payment information and notifying Nuvea of any changes to billing details.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, product names, and other intellectual property on the Nuvea website and promotional materials are owned by or licensed to Nuvea and are protected under applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvea disclaims all warranties express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event will Nuvea be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your subscription.
11. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
Nuvea may amend these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Changes become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use of your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
