Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Nuvea is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and carrier delays beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Subscription Orders
For subscription purchases:
- Subscription orders ship automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout.
- Renewal orders are processed and shipped shortly after the billing date.
- It is the customer's responsibility to manage subscription details, including shipping address changes, prior to the next billing cycle.
- Nuvea is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to failure to update subscription information in advance.
Incorrect Addresses and Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Nuvea is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. You may also contact our support team, and we will assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To assist with a resolution, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged product.
- Photos of the shipping packaging.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at Nuvea’s discretion.
Shipping During Promotions and High-Volume Periods
During sales events, product launches, or peak seasons, order processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Health and Safety Notice
Due to health and safety regulations related to dietary supplements, once an order has shipped, it cannot be intercepted, rerouted, or returned unless it meets the criteria outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nuvea reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
